How I work
I am strong believer that coaches and counsellors should adapt their personal style and delivery to meet the individual needs of their client so my style strongly encompasses the use of direct language and honesty. I’m comfortable working via zoom/Skype, telephone or in person and I generally work with individuals and groups from teenagers right through to retirees.
